License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Folio on Macs you own or control. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute Folio except where the law allows it.
Free trial
Folio includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you need a paid license to keep using the app.
Purchases and refunds
The license price is shown on the pricing page at checkout. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. You can request a full refund as long as you have not activated your license key. Once a license key has been used, the purchase is no longer refundable, except where required by law. To request a refund, email support@mac-folio.com with your purchase email.
Your files and backups
Folio performs file operations on your behalf, such as moving, copying, renaming and deleting. It is designed to be careful, but you are responsible for your data and for keeping backups.
Acceptable use
Do not use Folio or this website for anything unlawful, to interfere with our services, or to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimer
Folio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Trademarks
Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Folio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or any product we compare ourselves with. Other names belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
